Introduction
Operating since 1843, Imperial Sugar Company is one of the oldest continuously operating companies based in the State of Texas. Our branded consumer business that is identified by the Imperial Sugar brand in Texas and the Dixie Crystals brand in the Southeast establishes us as a major producer of refined sugar products.
Over the years, Imperial Sugar Company has transformed from a regional sugar refiner into a publicly traded corporation (IPSU) with sales of over $800 million. But we're just getting started. There are new and exciting things in our future.
